The Social Welfare Department of Uttarakhand has released the notification for admission in class 6 for session 2022-2023 in Government Surendra Rakesh Adarsh Awasiya Vidyalaya Makkhanpur. Notification and Application forms are available online on the official website www.ubse.uk.gov.in.

GSRAAV Form 2022 is only invited from Schedule Caste (SC) candidates who are permanently belonging to Uttarakhand State. Admission in Government Surendra Rakesh Adarsh Awasiya Vidyalaya Makkhanpur (Bhagwanpur), Haridwar, Uttarakhand for session 2020-2021 will be conducted through an Entrance Exam. Selected students will get free residence & education from classes 6 to 12. The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.

The application form can be obtained free of cost from the office of the Block Education Officer (BEO) or Chief Education Officer. After filling up the application form successfully, the candidates will send the hard copy of the application form via post to the Secretary, Departmental Examination Section, Uttarakhand Board of School Education, Government of Uttrakhand, Ramnagar, Nainital. It must be reached before March 06, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria GSRAAV Form 2022

Through this GSRAAV 2022, 15 boys and 15 girls will be selected and will get free education and hostel from class 6 to class 12. So before filling out the application form, the candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to Government Surendra Rakesh Adarsh Awasiya Vidyalaya Makkhanpur, Bhagwanpur.

• The candidates will be eligible who are studying in Class 5 for session 2020-2021 in government or recognized schools of the state.
• The candidate will verify the educational details & photo from the school’s principal where they are studying in Class 5.
• The candidate must be between 10 and 12 years on July 01, 2022, either born between July 01, 2009, and June 30, 2011. Both dates are also included.
• The candidate will need to submit all documents including the Schedule Caste (SC) Certificate and others at the time of admission to the Principal of Government Surendra Rakesh Adarsh Awasiya Vidyalaya Makkhanpur (Bhagwanpur).

GSRAAV 2022 Admit Card

Admit Card for GSRAAV 2022 will be sent through India Post to the candidate’s postal address as mentioned in GSRAAV 2022 Application Form. GSRAAV 2022 Admit Card will be dispatched in the 2nd Week of April 2022. So it will not be available online either on the school or board website. Admit Card will consisting the applicant’s Photo, Roll Number, and Exam Centre Address to participate in the exam.

The candidate should carry it to the examination hall. If forgot, the candidate will not allow to participate in the exam center.

GSRAAV 2022 Exam Centres

The candidate will fill the number of four examination centers in order of preference. The board will try to provide the first exam city as preferred by the candidates. If not possible then they will provide the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th choice of exam city to participate in the GSRAAV 2022.

GSRAAV Result 2022 & Merit List

GSRAAV Result 2022 to be declared on the official website www.ubse.uk.gov.in. The list of selected and qualified candidates in GSRAAV 2022 will be pasted on the information board of the School also.
