How to do PAN Card Correction Online through Common Service Centre (CSC) – पैन कार्ड सुधारने का तरीका

Step 1: Open the Digital Sewa Portal and under Government Services, Search PAN then click on ‘PAN Card Services” under the UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services (UTIITS).

Step 2: On the website, https://www.myutiitsl.com/panonlineservices/CSCLogin Click on the “Click Here” to log in to the portal. Thus you will log in on the PAN Card Correction UTI Website.

Step 3: Under the Application Change/ Correction, click on the link “Request for Changes / Correction in PAN Data (CSF),

Step 4: Now fill the PAN Card Correction form Online with accurate details such as PAN Number, Applicant’s Last and First Name, Date of Birth (DOB).

Step 5: Tick Mark(s) [Select] the only details which you want to correct or change from your old PAN Data as shown in the below image.

Step 6: After filling the complete form and selecting the data for correction; finally select the PAN Card Correction Documents in the suitable form and click on Submit Button.

Step 7: Print the PAN Card Correction Application Form; in this step, you will receive PAN Application Number.

Step 8: Now affix the passport size photographs in a suitable place on the pan card correction form and signed across it. Then Scan this form in pdf form and 200 DPI.

Step 9: Combined the documents in a single file such as Scanned PAN Card Correction Form, Aadhaar Card, and Police FIR, etc. in PDF not more than 2MB.

Step 10: Ready Color Passport Size Photograph in 213×213 Pixel and 300 DPI; Signature Black and White in 600 DPI.
