Step 1: Visit Official Website
Visit the official Website of UP Police https://uppolice.gov.in on your web browser.
Step 2: Click on e-FIR
Under the Citizen Service, Click on e-FIR link on the official website of UP Police.
Step 3: Create New User Account.
The new page will be open. Click on Create Citizen Login.
Step 4: Fill in the complete details.
To create a new user account, kindly fill the form with details such as First Name, Gender, Email, Mobile & Password. Then click on the Submit Button. Thus new user account on UP Police Citizen Porat will be created.
Step 5: Log in with credentials as you created in the previous step.
Now login on the Citizen Portal (https://cctnsup.gov.in/eFIR/login.aspx) with user name (Mobile Number) and Password.
Step 6: Fill in the Basic Details.
Now, fill in the basic details such as शिकायत का प्रकार, शिकायत का उपप्रकार, मोबाइल नंबर, वर्तमान पता आदि। Then click on Add button.
